一、重庆建筑科技职业学院介绍

重庆建筑科技职业学院是经重庆市人民政府批准、教育部备案设立、重庆市教育委员会主管的全日制高等职业专科学校。

学校始建于1984年，最初由重庆市高等教育老年工作者协会举办，是重庆市首批高职院校之一。2005年6月，转由重庆鸥鹏实业有限公司举办，2008年11月更名为重庆房地产职业学院，2020年5月更为现用名。

学校位于西部（重庆）科学城、重庆大学城，占地903亩，建筑面积约30万平方米。校园廊亭水榭，绿树成荫，建筑恢弘大气，形成“一环、二路、三广场、四亭、五廊”的景观特色。

学校设有建筑城规学院、建筑工程学院、智能制造工程学院、数字工程学院、房地产营销学院、建筑管理学院、环境艺术学院、基础教学部（马克思主义学院）8个二级院（部）。有全日制在校生11000余人，教职工600余人，专任教师540余人，其中研究生学历430余人，高级职称170余人，国家级人才2人，市级英才2人，市级劳动模范1人，入选沙区双千双师计划3人。学校特聘中国工程院江欢成、魏敦山、董石麟院士等专家，建成了市级院士专家工作站、博士后科研工作站和重庆市虚拟现实内容制作与体感设备研发工程技术研究中心（省部级中心）。

学校以建筑现代化为主线，以绿色建筑智能化、新型建筑工业化、建筑产业信息化为重点，构建了以装配式建筑技术为特色的土建类、以工业机器人及新能源汽车为特色的装备制造类、以大数据和虚拟现实技术为特色的信息技术类、以跨境电商及幼儿发展与健康管理为特色的现代服务业类和以环境及文化创意为特色的设计艺术类五大专业群，共43个专业。

学校教学、实验实训条件一流。与企业共建了满足现有专业人才培养的土木工程、装配式建筑、工业机器人、建筑环境与节能、建筑设备与智能化、建筑信息化、虚拟现实技术、艺术与设计、经济管理和基础实验10大实验实训中心，校内实验实训室143间，教学科研仪器设备总值1.27亿元。

学校积极探索人才培养模式改革，坚持“校企合作，工学结合”的人才培养路径，大力推进“办学定位与行业发展相融合、培养目标与市场需求相融合、教学人员与专业人员相融合、教学内容与职业要求相融合、理论实践与行业转型创新相融合”（五个融合）的人才培养模式，推进素质教育和创新创业教育，着力培养学生良好的职业道德、熟练的职业技能和科学的创新精神。人才培养质量显著提高，新生报到率、毕业生就业率稳居重庆市高职院校前列。

学校不断深化产教融合，发起成立了重庆建筑科技（国际）职业教育集团、重庆市菁英科技经济融合发展服务中心；与德国政府研究协会共建重庆中德未来工厂研究院；与翰海睿智大数据科技有限公司、美国Cloudera授权大数据培训基地共建大数据学院；与美国Word Viz公司等共建了虚拟现实技术中心；与阳地钢（北京）装配式设计研究院、中兴教育、华龙网、猪八戒网、华数机器人集团等100余家知名企业建立了产学研合作关系。

学校近年来大力推进国际合作与交流，建立了国际工程学院 （中德工程师学院），与德国萨克森州建筑协会、英国南安普顿 索伦特大学、匈牙利德布勒森大学、韩国全州大学等进行合作， 实施“2+2”等学历提升项目或技能联合培养。 学校已发起创办了《机电液学报》和《动力学、监测与诊断学报》两本国际学术期刊，并在2022年举办了动力学、监测与诊断国际研讨会。聘请了包含欧洲工程院院士、国外知名高校教授、博导在内的海外专家编委团队50余人，其中包括国家杰青、清华大学储福磊等中国编委17人，南非工程院院士Stephan Heyns教授等海外编委35人。《机电液学报》现已被ESCI收录。 学校于2018和2020年连续举办了两届国际装配式建筑前沿技术与人才培养学术研讨会议。

经过近四十年发展，学校的综合实力和办学水平得到社会广泛认可，已发展成为重庆市骨干高职院校、重庆市“双高”建设培育学校、首批西部（重庆）科学城大创谷卫星园、重庆市高校众创空间、重庆市大学生创业示范基地、重庆市装配式建筑产业发展基地。

Chongqing College of Architecture And Technology（CCAT） is a full-time vocational college approved by Chongqing Municipal Government, established by the Ministry of Education and supervised by Chongqing Municipal Education Commission.

Chongqing College of Architecture And Technology（CCAT）was founded in 1984, initially held by Chongqing Higher Education Senior Workers Association, one of the first higher education institutions in Chongqing. In June 2005, it was transferred to Chongqing Oupeng Industrial Co. In November 2008, the name was changed to Chongqing Real Estate College, and the current name was registered in May 2020.

Chongqing College of Architecture And Technology（CCAT）is located in the Western (Chongqing) Science City and Chongqing University Town, the college covers an area of 149 acres, with a building area of about 300,000 square meters. The campus has pavilions and corridors, green trees and magnificent architectures, forming a landscape with "one ring, two roads, three squares, four pavilions and five corridors".

Chongqing College of Architecture And Technology（CCAT）has 8 secondary schools (departments): School of Architecture and Urban Planning, School of Construction Engineering, School of Intelligent Manufacturing Engineering, School of Digital Engineering, School of Real Estate Marketing, School of Architecture Management, School of Environmental and Art, and Department of Basic Teaching (School of Marxism). There are more than 11,000 full-time students and more than 600 faculties, including more than 540 full-time lecturers, among whom 430 with graduate degrees, 170 with senior titles, 2 national talents, 2 municipal talents, 1 municipal model worker. The college specially employs experts such as Jiang Huancheng, Wei Dunshan and Dong Shilin of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, and has built a municipal academician expert workstation, a postdoctoral research workstation and the Chongqing Virtual Reality Content Production and Somatosensory Equipment R&D Center (provincial-level center).

With the modernization of construction as the main focus, the college has made significant efforts in green building intelligence, new building industrialization and digitalization of the construction industry. The college has built five groups of majors, including civil construction featuring assembly building technology, equipment manufacturing featuring industrial robots and new energy vehicles, information technology featuring big data and virtual reality technology, modern service industry featuring cross-border e-commerce and infant and child care services and management, and design and art featuring environment and cultural creativity, with a total of 43 majors.

The college has first-class teaching and experimental training facilities. It has built 10 experimental training centers with enterprises, including civil engineering, assembly building, industrial robotics, building environment and energy saving, construction equipment and intelligence, construction digitalization, virtual reality technology, art and design, economic management and basic experiments. There are 143 experimental training rooms and 127 million yuan worth of teaching and research instruments and equipment in total.

The college actively extends the boundaries of talent training mode. It insists on the talent training path of "school-enterprise cooperation and engineering integration", and vigorously promotes the talent training mode of “five integrations”, i.e. integration of school orientation with industry development, integration of training objectives with market demand, integration of lecturers with professionals, integration of teaching contents with vocational requirements, integration of theory and practice with industry transformation and innovation. It promotes quality education, innovation and entrepreneurship education, and focuses on cultivating students with good professional ethics, refined vocational skills and scientific innovation. The quality of talent training has improved significantly, and the enrollment rate of new students and the employment rate of graduates are among the highest in Chongqing's higher vocational institutions.

The college continues to deepen the integration of industry and education. It initiated the establishment of Chongqing Construction Technology (International) Vocational Education Group, Chongqing Elite Science and Technology Economic Integration Development Service Center; with the German Government Research Association it established the Chongqing Sino-German Future Factory Institute; with Wiselnsight Big Data Technology Co., Ltd. and the U.S. Cloudera authorized big data training base it built a big data institute; with the U.S. Word Viz Corporation and other companies it built a virtual reality technology center; with Yangdi Steel (Beijing) Assembly Design Institute and other 100 strong well-known enterprises it established a cooperative relationship between industry, academia and research.

Recently, the college has vigorously promoted international cooperation and exchange programs. It established the International Engineering College (Sino-German College of Engineers), and cooperated with the Saxon Building Society of Germany, Southampton Solent University of UK, Debrecen University of Hungary and Jeonju University of Korea to implement "2+2" and other academic upgrading programs or joint skill trainings. The university has initiated two international academic journals, Journal of Mechatronic Fluids and Journal of Dynamics, Monitoring and Diagnosis, and held an international symposium on Dynamics, Monitoring and Diagnosis in 2022. A team of more than 50 overseas expert editorial board members including academicians of European Academy of Engineering and PhD directors of famous universities have been employed. Such experts includes 17 Chinese editorial board members such as Chu Fulei, National experts, from Tsinghua University, and 35 overseas editorial board members such as Prof. Stephan Heyns, member of South African Academy of Engineering. The Journal of Electro-Mechanical Fluids is now indexed by ESCI. The college held two consecutive international academic seminars on frontier technology and talent training of assembly building in 2018 and 2020.

The college’s achievements have been widely accepted by the society after nearly 40 years development, and it has developed into a leading higher vocational institution in Chongqing, a high-level higher vocational college with Chinese characteristics and professional construction program in Chongqing, the first batch of satellite park of Grand Creation Valley in Western (Chongqing) Science City, a crowdsourcing space for colleges and universities in Chongqing, a demonstration base for college students' entrepreneurship in Chongqing, and a base for the development of assembly building industry in Chongqing.

二、招生类别 Admission categorie

（一）Chinese Language Training Program for International Students

本项目实行小班教学，从听、说、读、写等方面进行强化培训，辅之以中国传统音乐、中国功夫、中国画等选修课，力求全面提高学生的汉语言能力和交际能力，以便于同学们更好地运用汉语学习、工作和生活。学院将为完成学习的国际学生提供成绩单和结业证书。

The program will focus on the training of listening, speaking, reading and writing, with optional courses such as Chinese traditional music, Chinese Kung Fu and

Chinese painting and so on. The objective is to help learners improve their abilities of Chinese language and communication, so as to enable them to apply Chinese in their studies, life and future careers. Certificates of completion and Transcripts will be issued to students upon completion of the study.

Chognqing Municipal Mayor Scholarship 8000-10000 yuan per year. Applicants shall have a diploma of senior high school and have good academic results.

②校长奖学金 President Scholarship

国际学生可在入学前申请“重庆建筑科技职业学院国际学生校长奖学金”，资助金额为汉语授课8000至10000元每年，英文授课10000至12000元每年。申请人可在提交入学材料时一并提交奖学金申请表。
